      Thank you Nazmun. Even the most confident people among us (and I am surely not one of them) need an occasional boost for sure I love using quotes exactly for those moments. Here are two ways I use quotes to inspire me:

      1. I sometimes just write them into my journal and write what comes to mind, when I am reading them

      2. I put them on little sticky notes, and leave them for myself and my family to see, to uplift them and myself throughout the day.
