Changing habits can be a battle. Whether you are trying to curb eating chocolate or making time to work on a side-project, we are creatures of habit, meaning that which we repeat on a regular basis, until it becomes something we do without thinking. Mindful awareness of our daily actions can assist us in changing our habits as well as helping us to decipher which thinking patterns keep us from taking action.
