  1. I truly enjoyed reading through this so much. Being authentic is a personal trait, it’s what makes you be unique. Being the author of your own journey can be challenging at times but when we focus on what makes us stand out we usually stick to that one, or multiple, things just to learn how to grow a positive mindset and strengthen our self-esteem. I think journaling is a wonderful idea; it makes you learn things about yourself that you weren’t aware that they were there.

  2. Great read, I loved this post, very inspiring. It would be a great world if we could all live that way. I tend to do what I want and don’t really care what people think, I guess I live an authentic life however I seem to go through cycles, high and lows the trick is to maintain that thought pattern.

I hear you about having highs and lows when it comes to living an authentic life. Sometimes it is hard to balance what we want out of life, with what the demands are upon us, and the current world situation does not help with that. Thank you for your comment – blessings!

  3. Thank you for sharing your article about how to be your authentic self. I like your article and read it through up until the end. I have also watched the video you shared. It really inspired me and I can’t really resist the idea of being authentic to our own self and listening to our own guts.

Living our own life the way we want is something which we might have asked from within ourselves for many years. I know that the answers to these questions do not come right away but I consider myself lucky to have them, it has been a while now.

    All the best!
