Do you practice self-compassion? Not only is this critical during stressful times, but every single day, as you move along your path, and are being the best that you can be one moment at a time.
Sometimes our best, falls short from what we expect our best to be, and in those moments we fail to show self-compassion, and instead are fueling the fire by being critical and sometimes even downright mean to ourselves.
