Hi there,

due to a new work strategy that I am implementing this week, I have decided to look through all of my old posts on my Wealthy Affiliate blog.  While I have to admit, that some of them make me cringe, and a big part of me, wanted to delete some of them, I instead decided to focus upon how far I have come over the years.

I am a lot less naive when it comes to online business, I have come to understand my strengths – and my many weaknesses -, and I learned that it is okay to make mistakes because you can learn from them. And that is okay, even if sometimes a little (or very) painful for a short while……

  1. Wow, this is really beautiful. I have been hearing about self-awareness and it is something that was pointed out at the fitness centre where I usually do some yoga during the weekends too. I find this very good and healthy and I think that I need to give this a try as well. This is nice. I will make sure to reflect on the past as well. Thank you!

      Yoga absolutely focuses on self-awareness and has a lot in common with mindfulness which is my field of expertise. Many blessings to you! 

  2. Oh, a very good quote here and explaining how it works with your own life is perfect. I feel like I really need to give this a try myself. I like that you can point out that looking back might bring us to want to erase some of the past but it is just best to look at the good sides and also learn from the mistakes. I will practice self reflection and sellf awareness too. Thanks

      my pleasure, one of the most important things about the practice of self-reflection is to be completely honest with ourselves, but without judgment. When practicing this detached reviewing, it is easier to see the lessons, rather than the emotional baggage that comes with the memories attached.
